Big 40 meets beautiful 2 so that we can reflect and prepare. On August 2nd and 3rd respectively Daddy Ezenwa and Chiamaka turned 40 and 2 years respectively to the Glory of God. When we look at them we can appreciate the cycle of life from birth, nurture, growth, procreation and every other thing in between. It also reminds us of the value of family and the special bond we share, so that we can appreciate each other for the different roles we've played in our each other's lives and growth to this day. People don't turn 40 from 2 overnight which means that through that journey other people have given parts of themselves to us. Sacrificing their time and resources at different points to our own benefit. Most importantly, it reminds us to reflect on the past to pick up lessons that were revelant to getting us here; as we use today to prepare for the future. On Saturday July 13th, 2024 our Daddy Chukwuemeka Chukwu celebrated another birthday to the Glory of God. As part of this thanksgiving, both Daddy and Eletam celebrated in church, as she marked her first birthday in style in this joint birthday celebrations. We thank God for the gift of life, good health and everything in between as we trust him for many more years of the same.

On the first day of the seventh month we welcome the second half of the year. Happy New Month family. It's by the grace of God that we're here to celebrate yet the start of another new month, one that has never been experienced since the start of the world. This means that we have the opportunity to go all out knowing that there's every chance it has something special for us. An experience or accomplishment we've never had. What an exciting thought! It's raining graduations in Canada as the grandkids reach new heights. It was graduation day on 24th June 2024 as the flag bearer Samuel completed elementary school in Canada a little over six (6) since relocation. He was joined by proud parents, brothers, cousin and aunt as he made the significant leap to Junior high. There'll be much more significant graduations to come but we're not skipping any steps. On 17th June, 2024 Zyzy rounded up with preschool as proud parents and grandparents joined her in celebration. On this day we recognize the sacrificial role of our fathers. It's only natural for us to begin by honouring our father and everything he is and represented. In him we were able to experience fatherly love which shaped and moulded us into who we've become and formed our judgement on what to expect of our fathers and the kind of fathers we're to be ourselves. We also thank God for giving Mazi Onyemachi Chuku the grace to receive this baton of leadership. On his 3rd birthday, Zivel finally gets to celebrate with his brothers. For the first Chizeterem and Chiamaka got to meet their grandparents Grandpa Sam and Grandma Ngozi and it processes to be an exciting summer ahead. A good way of rounding up the birthday celebrations of your fifth year would be meeting your grandparents for the first time. This is the story of Chizeterem. Having been separated by distance this is the first time both grandparents and grandkids will get to share this time together and it's beautiful to see. A few weeks to her first birthday, Eletam is stepping into the big girl shoes Chieletam shows up in beautiful outfits as she gets ready for her first birthday by the 29th of this month. Always sitting pretty, this beautiful girl is ready to take her baby steps into the next phase of her growth and we're grateful to God for the gift of a sound health and sharp mind, to be able to do this. As we start the new week we're encouraged to always give and be our best First Day In ATS 17th April, 2024. Just a little shy of a year after relocating permanently to Canada, this beautiful picture was taken to mark the occasion of first day at work. Starting afresh isn't always easy yet many times new opportunities and new levels cause us to move out from familiar surroundings to step into the path of our greatness. Chiamaka's dexterity will always be put to use, but whether it's to build or tear apart depends on who's asking 😉 In this picture school girl Amaka follows up her brilliant first day in school behaviour as she's captured here "building" something (whatever it is, she's fixing it) A model student I must say. Then boom!!! We move to the house! In this video the dexterous princess makes light walk of the "child lock" security to access and turn over the closet. And if that's not impressive then this one is. Like Samson all Amaka needed was to get her two hands on the "pillars of this closest" to bring it down! A model housemate? Not so sure 😂 Verdict: Well, if you're manoeuvring child locks, you're an adult and may need to move out of your parents house😁
